House Rules
- Please treat the house as if it is your own.
- No flushing anything other than toilet paper down the toilet, no grease is allowed to be poured down the sink, and grease bags are provided in the kitchen.
- The hot tub cover lifter must be used to store the hot tub cover. The hot tub cover should never touch the ground or deck
- Guests over the maximum of 4 will be charged at $150 per person per night unless previously agreed to.
- The hot tub cover must be put back on the hot tub after immediately after each use - If the hot tub becomes contaminated by outside debris and requires a drain and fill because the cover is left off excessively a $250 drain and cleaning fee can be assessed.
- Clean off the grill grates and replace the grill cover when done using the grill
- Guests are responsible for following any burn bans in effect for Pierce County. Guests are responsible for any fines associated with burn ban issues
- No using any liquid accelerates to start a fire (gas, lighter fluid, etc)
- No standing, climbing, or sitting on the roof.
- No pets allowed - an unapproved pet will result in a $250 fee
- No glass allowed in or near the hot tub. Any glass broken in the hot tub will result in a $250 draining and cleaning fee
- No smoking/vaping in the house or within 20' of an entry way - Smoking in the house will result in a $250 fee

Cancellation and Payment Policy
Payment Policy
A 100% of the entire amount of the reservation is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. The security deposit hold will automatically be placed on the card 15 days prior to the booking date. If there is an issue with the payment or the security deposit hold fails and not remedied within 10 days of the booking then the reservation will be considered cancelled and our cancellation policy applies.
Cancellation Policy
We understand situations happen and the following cancellation policy applies in all situations.
A full refund, minus a 3% credit card processing fee, will be given to any cancellation that occurs within 14 days of the start of the reservation, Any time after 14 days there will be no refund given.
Security Deposit
A $500 security deposit is put as a hold on the credit card 15 days prior to check in. The hold will be released 3 days after check out.
Any damage or issues during the stay will be detected from the deposit. Please see House Rules for more information
